Louis is a proud resident of Atlantic County, where he has called the area home his entire life. He graduated from Penn State in 2020, where he received his Bachelor of Science in Economics, minored in Business & Liberal Arts, and obtained the Smeal College Business Fundamentals Certificate.

In 2025, Louis graduated from Rutgers Law School – Camden, earning his Juris Doctor degree. During his time at Rutgers, he served as a Senior Staff Editor for the Rutgers Business Law Review and was an active member of both the Business & Commercial Law Society and the Sports & Entertainment Law Society. He also worked as a Summer Law Clerk at two highly regarded Atlantic County law firms.

Following graduation, Louis continued to gain valuable legal experience in his role as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Hon. Stanley L. Bergman, Jr., J.A.D. during the 2025-2026 term. In his tenure at the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division, he diligently drafted memoranda and assisted in the drafting and editing of both published and unpublished opinions.

Louis is a passionate Philadelphia sports fan, and in his free time enjoys golfing, going to the beach, trying new restaurants, and spending time with friends and family.
