Jeffrey P. Barnes, Esquire, represented an applicant seeking approval in order to install an additional, second curb cut at a corner property located in the MC (Marine Commercial) zone in Wildwood Crest, in order to provide another means of ingress and egress to an existing driveway during flooding events. The applicant received variance relief for number of curb cuts and setback of the proposed curb cut to the intersecting street. The application was heard and approved by the Wildwood Crest Planning Board on October 5, 2022.
